Experience

Sebastián Ithurralde is a supervisor in the Economics area.

He specializes in analysis and study of public sector capacities, as well as in design and evaluation of programs and policies.  He has collaborated with international consultants on diverse projects in Uruguay, Chile, Argentina and the United States.

In the private sector sphere he has participated in management improvement projects, particularly strategic planning processes, business plans and design of variable remuneration systems and productivity-based incentives.
