The Customer Support Representative is responsible for the engagement with bottlers and other customers to capture, shape and prioritize demand, and to execute order fulfilment processes with bottlers. Multiple different cultures and ways of doing business. Communication skills and cultural dexterity are key.

Principales funciones

•Engagement with bottlers and PepsiCo MU/BU teams. •Capture, shape and prioritize demand signal. •Execute order fulfilment processes with bottlers, from order capture to delivery. •Drive S&OP meetings with customers. •Manage customer complaints in TW. •Analysis of MIRA. •Meet all internal & external compliance responsibilities.

Competencias requeridas


•Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance or equivalent •Business experience in Supply Chain, Finance or equivalent, combined with strong operational experience in a dynamic multinational Organization •Self-initiator, proactivity, capacity for teamwork, good interpersonal skills •Proven ability to execute and deliver on commitments. •English and Spanish – written & spoken •Able to
