Experience

Deborah is responsible for the accounting and tax administration of companies engaging in offshore commercial activity and companies with local and foreign investments.

She advises local and foreign companies established or to be set up in Uruguay.

She participates, working together with FERRERE Abogados attorneys, on due diligence processes conducted in the context of corporate acquisitions, as well as advising on capital transactions and corporate reorganizations.
