Federica holds a degree in Psychology from Universidad Católica del Uruguay and is a Senior Consultant in the Talent and Organizational Transformation Department.
Experience
She has several years of experience leading selection processes for numerous clients. She began her professional development with a focus on recruiting technology profiles, and currently handles positions in diverse sectors and industries, as well as different hierarchical levels.
Federica has participated in mass occupational psychological testing projects for several government entities and has collaborated on people management consultancy projects for diverse organizations.
