Experience

Isabel Hounie is a senior manager in the Tax area and has been a member of CPA FERRERE since 2001. She has vast tax practice experience, advising local and multinational companies in diverse sectors of the economy.

Additionally, teaming up with FERRERE Abogados legal practitioners, she has led tax audit processes conducted in the context of corporate M&A.

She has given diverse seminars on taxes in Uruguay and abroad and has published articles in specialized reviews.  She was a member of the editorial board of the Tax Analysis supplement for the El Observador newspaper from 2002 to 2010.
