Experience

Leonardo Isoardi is managing partner of CPA FERRERE, executive director of EF Asset Management S.A. and heads up the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) practice. He advises organizations in the corporate, financial and public sectors on business development, financial structuring and design of management decision making processes.

He is a consultant on process outsourcing and management. He has broad experience in tax planning and in supporting investors in the region. He advises major financial institutions in Uruguay and diverse local and multinational clients in all sectors of activity. 

He is the author of diverse technical articles and papers presented at international conferences. He has been an instructor in Finance, Taxes, Labor Relations and Special Accounting at the School of Economics and Administration of Universidad de la República (Uruguay), and instructor in the Graduate Program in Taxes and Finance, and chair of the Taxes III program at Universidad Damaso Antonio Larrañaga (UCUDAL) (Uruguay).
