While he has participated in wide variety of projects, he has specialized in projects related to organizational design, strategic planning, job evaluation, design and implementation of remuneration systems, variables and incentives, pay scale design, analysis of internal equity and external competitiveness, design of salary adjustment strategies, diagnostics and process redesign, among others.
