Melissa is a consultant in the CPA FERRERE Strategy and Human Capital department, where she works on Change Management, Organizational Design and Development, Leadership, and People Management projects.

She has several years of experience with diverse organizations, in both the public and private sectors, providing support and advice on Human Resource Management, Institutional Communication and Change Management processes.

She has advised on processes including organizational diagnostics, implementation of Human Resource policies (recruitment and selection, job design, performance evaluation and training in interpersonal and team communication skills.
