Experience

Noelia Alonso is a manager in the Company and Corporate area.

She is responsible for the accounting and tax administration of companies involved in offshore commercial activities and companies with local and foreign investments.  She advises local and foreign companies established or in the process of setting up business in Uruguay.

She participates in due diligence processes in the context of company acquisitions and provides advice on equity restructurings.
