Experience

William Llanes is a senior consultant in the Business Technology and Digitalization area at CPA FERRERE. He has participated in projects for definition of administrative processes and operating models, testing, and systems implementation, with special contribution to accounting processes, among others, and with specific experience with the firm’s financial sector clients.

The projects he has been involved in include testing of the new HomeBanking application and consultancy on testing of new core banking for Banco Santander, Automation of Reconciliations for Credit Uruguay Banco, support on implementation of new core banking for HSBC, among others.

He has also participated in internal audit outsourcing for financial institutions (Exprinter Casa Financiera S.A., Banco Patagonia SAIFE, Hapoalim, Consorcio del Uruguay, Banca Privada D’Andorra, Club de Golf del Uruguay) and in design and updating of procedures manuals.
