Current procedures were surveyed and diagnosed, going from the purchase request for maritime fleet fuel and lubricants through to actual use, including stock control and any intermediary storage.

A policy was prepared for the National Port Administration (ANP) to follow with respect to fuel and consumables, along with the procedure for administration and control of fuel and lubricants, to permit their tracking and linking, in particular, of purchases, deliveries, stocks or any temporary storage, transfers between vessels, and final destination.

Nodum ERP was implemented to provide integrated control of fuel and lubricants.  The models implemented include:
