Experience

Alfredo Poggi is a senior manager in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) area. He has broad BPO experience with special emphasis on preparation of financial statements, management reports, and payroll computation, among other areas.

He advises major agribusiness and multinational forestry enterprises on analysis of financial reports, budget preparation, management reports and management accounting, as well as budget control.  As a result of his experience he has been retained as a financial and processes consultant to multinational forestry companies in Central America.  

He has also specialized in management and handling of diverse financial trusts, including the mass transit financing trust Fideicomiso Financiero Fondo de Financiamiento de Transporte Colectivo  de Pasajeros and the forestry financial trust Fideicomiso Financiero Bosques del Uruguay.
