The challenge

The challenge was to manage strategic project portfolios, assisting on execution of at least five projects, as well as training and developing project managers and process management leaders in the skills necessary for implementing the methodologies and the operating model defined.

The solution

The solution required integration and management of a PMO to review and adjust  the area’s operating model, methodology and project management tools, as well as to assist on the management of priority projects and develop leadership and project management skills of the bank’s team.
