Analysis and identification of improvements for Farmashop remuneration system
Leadership and transformation of people management processes | We collaborated with Farmashop on review and redesign of its total remuneration system with a view to achieving internal fairness and external competitiveness for its different business units.
The challenge
The challenge was to identify and redefine the components of the remuneration system so as to achieve a fair and easy-to-administer system in line with labor regulations and taking into account the different existing agreements, as well as to ensure an attractive proposal for the company’s employees that would be technically and economically viable.
The solution
The solution made it possible to adopt a homogeneous remuneration policy, identifying a clear value proposal for the company and its employees, and creating a remuneration system in line with market demands and competitiveness.
